REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase from Love Trina & Co. Please review our full policy before completing your order.

Physical Products

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with the security seal intact. Once the seal on the package is broken, returns or refunds are not accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Custom Orders

All custom made units are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Custom orders are built specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold.

Digital Products

Returns for digital items are accepted within 14 days of purchase if the file has not been downloaded or accessed. Once a digital file has been downloaded, opened, or accessed, it becomes non-refundable. We recommend reviewing all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your unit arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lovetrina.co@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we will request the item be sent back to be fixed, replaced  or issue store credit at our discretion.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Chargebacks

By purchasing, you agree to contact us and allow up to 15 days to investigate and resolve any order issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us, or for items delivered as described, is considered misuse and may result in order cancellation and being banned from future purchases.
