SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

  • Ready-to-ship units: 2 to 4 business days
  • Custom units: 7 to 21 business days (never exceeding 28 business days)

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to variants or combine orders while in processing. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

  • Standard Shipping (5 to 7 business days): Calculated at checkout
  • Expedited Shipping (2 to 3 business days): Available at checkout

We ship via USPS and UPS with tracking. Split shipments may occur based on inventory, you will receive separate tracking numbers if this applies to your order.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Address Accuracy

Please enter your complete and correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is submitted. Undeliverable or returned packages due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipment fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the carrier. If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to us with the case or claim number so we can assist. We are not responsible for carrier delays after hand off.

Orders flagged for verification may require additional identity or address confirmation to protect against fraud.
